We accept the payment methods available and shown during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases such as insufficient stock, incorrect information, or any special circumstances preventing order fulfillment.
We deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (with plans to expand in the future).
Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and the shipping company. We will make every effort to ensure delivery within the estimated time, considering external factors such as shipping delays or peak seasons.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy
At Lovnola, we are committed to delivering fresh granola prepared daily for each customer. Due to the nature of food products and their sensitivity to storage conditions, we apply a clear policy that ensures quality and protects customer rights.
In general:
We do not offer returns once the order leaves the store or warehouse, as our products are food items that may be affected by storage or transportation conditions.
The only exceptions:
A product may be replaced or refunded only in the following cases:
The product received does not match the order.
The product arrives damaged in a clearly visible way upon delivery.
In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide photos showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Since granola is a fresh, perishable food product:
• Failure to receive the order at the time of delivery will result in immediate product spoilage.
• Any order that is rejected or not received is considered void and cannot be refunded or resent.
• The customer bears full responsibility for not receiving the order on time and is not entitled to any refund.
According to e-commerce regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, perishable food products are excluded from return policies, and the store has the right to refuse any return or compensation in cases of non-receipt or delayed receipt of the order.
🚚 Shipping Policy
At Lovnola, we strive to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible and in the best condition.
Orders are prepared within 1–4 business days from payment confirmation.
Preparation time may increase slightly during peak times or busy seasons.
After preparation, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the city and the shipping company.
Please note that peak seasons or high-traffic periods may affect delivery times.
